Product Feature Training

Course Description:

This one-day course is held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m at the Covergence headquarters in Maynard, Mass. The course is designed to give the attendee a high level overview on the Covergence products features and product implementation variations.

Goals:

Those completing the course will:

• Have a better understanding of the Covergence product line
• Know how to configure and manage any Eclipse series product
• Learn all of the product's in-depth features including: Intelligent Media Routing, Registration Throttling, Cryptographic Authentication, Signaling and Media Validation, Network Topology Hiding, DOS Attack Protection, Signaling and Media Encryption, Virus Scanning, IM Content Filtering, Quality of Service control and much more
• Gain access to the resources they need including sales and technical support
