Course Description:

This intensive three-day course is held at the Covergence headquarters in Maynard, Mass. each day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is designed to provide the customer with knowledge on how to install, configure and manage the Covergence Eclipse System. The course will include the use of both the CLI and the CMS gui systems and cover basic voice installations and Instant Messaging. This course will be made up of two days of lectures and one day of hands-on configuration exercises. This is a certified course requiring testing upon course completion.

Goals:

Those completing this course will be able to:

• Configure basic and advanced IP connectivity
• Install and configure labs, basic and master services
• Use Management Interfaces Tools (CLI, Web, and EMS),
• Configure advanced scenarios (LCS/Sametime, etc.) and policies
• Configure accounting
• Edit default session configuration
• Monitor and troubleshoot challenges
